Solfejo is provided by Tuxon Solucoes em Tecnologia da Informacao Ltda. This policy covers the Solfejo apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, their update-check service and these support pages.
Practice stays on your device
Solfejo works without an account. Lessons, exercises, settings and practice history are handled on your device. We do not upload your practice results or operate cloud sync. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to your device’s backup and restore settings. Android application backup is disabled; iOS backups are controlled by your device settings.
Microphone
The microphone is used for singing practice and sung card answers. Audio is analyzed on your device to estimate pitch and rhythm. It is not uploaded or saved as an audio recording. You can use manual card answers and lessons without microphone access and revoke access in your device settings.
Update checks and technical logs
At launch and after returning from the background, the app requests https://solfejo.app.limited/app-policy.json to check the minimum supported version. It does not send your audio, practice history, account information or advertising identifiers. The connection exposes your network address to the hosting infrastructure. Our web server records the request time, requested path, response status and size, referrer when supplied, app or browser user-agent and the internal address of the routing proxy. The user-agent may describe the app, operating system and device model. Visiting these pages also generates technical request logs. We use these logs to operate the service and investigate availability or security problems, not for advertising or user profiles. We do not derive your location from network addresses.
Log retention
Technical logs are stored on the hosting server. The current container-log configuration rotates files at approximately 10 MiB and retains up to five files per container. Older files are replaced as new logs are written; retention therefore depends on traffic and the container lifecycle, not a fixed number of days. Logs may also disappear when a container is removed. We do not promise automatic deletion after a specific period.
No ads or tracking
Solfejo has no advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, analytics SDK or advertising identifiers. These pages use no analytics scripts or tracking cookies. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver those services.
External links and support
Optional lesson references open third-party websites governed by their own policies. If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use and retain this correspondence to respond and follow up on your request. You can ask us to delete it using the contact address below.
Your choices and contact
You can revoke microphone permission in device settings and remove local app data by uninstalling the app. For questions about privacy, access to or deletion of support correspondence, or requests concerning technical logs, email [email protected]. Tell us what your request concerns; we may need information to locate the relevant records. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
